What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Porsha’s Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the items have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
 
If your tracking information reveals that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact usps at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment. We recommend purchasing signature confirmation shipping at checkout to avoid packages from being delivered without being signed for.

When will you ship after I order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day and shipped the next, excluding National holidays. After finance verification items will be cleared to ship.
 
All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
 
We will reach out to you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
