  • Item availibility?
    If the item is unavailable, there will be no option to purchase. If an Item is not in stock after you’ve placed your order, we will reach out to you by email for refund or apply the price to another style.
  • What shipping provider do you use?
    Currently we ship through USPS
  • What is your shipping time?
    Orders will usually be shipped between 2 and 4 business days.
  • What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
    Porsha’s Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the items have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information reveals that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact usps at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment. We recommend purchasing signature confirmation shipping at checkout to avoid packages from being delivered without being signed for.
  • How is the sizing?
    Sizing and cut may vary per style however, in the description box of each style the size the model is wearing is provided. For additional information on sizing please email us Porshasswim@gmail.com
  • When will you ship after I order?
    Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day and shipped the next, excluding National holidays. After finance verification items will be cleared to ship. All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will reach out to you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
